4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court
We will forward counter-notifications to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice of court action within 10 business days, we may reinstate the material.
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
